Zaynriel provides digital infrastructure only. Contracts for goods or services are directly between users.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Accurate information required
• One account per person/entity unless approved

3. USER CONDUCT

Users must not:

• Commit fraud or misrepresentation
• Circumvent platform fees
• Harass or abuse others
• List prohibited or illegal items

4. VENDOR OBLIGATIONS

Vendors are solely responsible for:

• Product/service legality and safety
• Pricing accuracy
• Regulatory compliance
• Tax obligations

5. DRIVER/RIDER OBLIGATIONS

Drivers are independent contractors and responsible for:

• Valid licenses and permits
• Vehicle safety and insurance
• Safe, lawful delivery

6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Zaynriel may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:

• Fraud or abuse
• Repeated service failure
• Regulatory risk
