Zaynriel Technologies (“Zaynriel”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting personal data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023), NDPR, GDPR, and other applicable international data protection laws.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described herein.

2.1 Mandatory Data

  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Account role (Customer, Vendor, Driver)

2.2 Location & Device Data

  • Real-time GPS location (while active)
  • IP address
  • Device identifiers
  • App usage and diagnostics

2.3 Transactional & Financial Metadata

  • Orders, payments, refunds
  • Wallet balances
  • Settlement records

Zaynriel never stores full card or bank credentials.

2.4 Vendor & Driver Compliance Data

  • Government ID
  • Business registration documents
  • Licenses, certifications, permits
  • Vehicle information (drivers)

 

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We process personal data under:

Where data is transferred outside Nigeria, Zaynriel ensures adequate safeguards consistent with GDPR and NDPA.

  • Account data: retained until deletion request
  • Logs & analytics: retained for fraud prevention

Users may request:

  • Access, correction, portability
  • Restriction or deletion

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (DATA & PRIVACY)

Zaynriel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from data processing, security incidents, or service interruptions, except where mandated by law.

Maximum liability relating to privacy matters shall not exceed statutory limits or the total platform fees paid by the user in the preceding twelve (12) months, whichever is lower.

 

8. INDEMNIFICATION (DATA PROTECTION)

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zaynriel from claims arising out of:

  • User-provided data inaccuracies
  • Unlawful use of personal data
  • Breach of applicable data protection laws by the user

 

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING & CROSS-BORDER USE

Zaynriel operates globally and may process personal data across multiple jurisdictions. Users acknowledge that data protection standards may vary by country and consent to such transfers subject to adequate safeguards.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW & DATA DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Data-related disputes may, at Zaynriel’s discretion, be resolved through arbitration or competent courts in Nigeria.
